Independent EPOS specialists GS Systems will be showcasing an inexpensive, easy-to-use online table restaurant reservations tool Manchester’s NRB show (21-22 Manchester 2017).
Visitors to Casual Dining can download MAX Bookings for Windows when they visit stand E15.
MAX Bookings for Windows, part of the modular MAX Suite of technology tools developed by GS, allows casual dining businesses to maximise cover yields without having to accept the expensive per cover costs of other table booking systems.
An intuitive, easy-to-use table reservations Windows-based system, MAX Bookings seamlessly integrates into an operator’s own website and social media platforms such as Facebook.
Restaurant yields are optimised courtesy of smart “Table Maximizer” functionality, matching facilities with booking information to intelligently allocate tables to optimise usage.
Additional functionality includes wait list management, a client database which includes a full history of their visits, automatic booking confirmations and reminders via e-mail and text and business reporting.
MAX Bookings subscriptions start at under £50 per month. E-mail and telephone support is automatically included in the recurring monthly fee.
“Operators only pay a small monthly fee and can take unlimited online bookings without any extras being added. We’ve talked to many operators while we’ve been developing MAX Bookings and have been amazed at the extra costs. A £1 fee per booking is not unusual for the hospitality industry and this either passed onto the customer or hits the operators’ margins,” said GS Systems managing director Niels Nielsen, who has developed MAX Bookings for Windows.
“There are four different versions of MAX Bookings, depending upon your exact requirements for your independent venue or multi-site brand. Whichever version you require, MAX Bookings is fully scaleable to suit the size of your operation. Smaller venues can use our Essentials package but still benefit from all the same great features as our Enterprise version. All four versions have central reservations enabling full flexibility when it comes to taking telephone bookings and enquiries for more than one site,” said Niels.
“MAX Bookings has been designed to give operators a quick, measurable return on their investment. All the costs are transparent and clear so operators can use MAX Bookings safe in the knowledge there aren’t any nasty surprises ready to eat away at their profits.”
